Pink Print workshops give school leavers real insight into construction careers—through hands-on activities, goal-setting, and industry-informed content. Designed with input from employers and young people, our sessions go beyond the usual careers talk. We focus on what matters: building confidence, exploring real opportunities, and tackling skills gaps and diversity issues head-on. Our Approach
At Pink Print, we know traditional careers talks don’t work for everyone—so we do things differently. Our sessions are designed with young people in mind, especially those who are neurodivergent or dyslexic. We ditch the boring, text-heavy slides and use TikTok-style content, visuals, and hands-on tasks to keep things fun, clear, and relevant. It’s all about building confidence, sparking interest, and showing that there’s a place for everyone in construction

We currently work with school leavers through schools and alternative education providers across Yorkshire, helping them explore careers in construction in a way that actually resonates.
