We partner with schools, colleges and alternative education providers across Yorkshire to deliver engaging, hands on experiences that introduce young people to real opportunities within construction. Through workshops, site visits, and pathway programmes, we help young people: 

- Discover a wide range of roles within construction and the built environment

-Develop practical skills in a supportive environment 

-Gain confidence, especially those who are neurodivergent, have dyslexia or face other barriers to learning 

-Understand different types of construction jobs, routes into apprenticeships, training and employment
