We're proud to be a female-led organisation, in an industry where women are still underrepresented. Our leadership brings lived experience, empathy and a fresh perspective to spaces that have often felt closed off or intimidating - especially for women, neurodivergent individuals, and those from marginalised backgrounds. Being female led means we value emotional safety as much as technical skills, and champion inclusive leadership. Leading with compassion we work with males and females side by side to reshape the industry into one where diversity is strength and inclusion is standard.
Pink Print was founded in Yorkshire by a team with diverse career backgrounds including health and social care, construction, social housing, and teaching. This mix of experience gives us a well-rounded understanding of the challenges people face — and how to create practical, inclusive solutions that work in the real world.
Our team of passionate individuals who have overcome personal challenges, barriers and stigmas within life/workplace and understand real life challenges that can affect an individuals potential. We can help individuals navigate difficulties and unlock potential by offering bespoke support services. We also identify needs often overlooked in male dominated workplaces.
For businesses working with us, our leadership brings a grounded, human approach to collaboration. We’re not interested in ticking boxes or making assumptions. We listen. We co-create. We think holistically, looking not just at what’s needed but at what will last. Our perspective allows us to spot gaps, ask different questions, and bring creative solutions that reflect real-world needs — not just corporate goals. That kind of thinking leads to stronger partnerships, more inclusive projects, and deeper social value.
Our mission isn't just about Women. Men face challenges and obstacles and often find outdated stigmas and unsympathetic workplaces can lead to an inability to share and overcome obstacles so many often struggle alone. We believe working closely with men and boys can help break down outdated ideas, improve understanding and create safer, more respectable environments for everyone. We want to show inclusion is not about division - it's about working together to build better something better for everyone.
