At Pink Print Yorkshire CIC, we empower individuals through inclusive construction training and community engagement to help build lasting careers within the industry.

We believe that construction should be for everyone. That’s why we go beyond just training—we’re building pathways to opportunity for people of all backgrounds and abilities.
We work hand-in-hand with schools, colleges, and community groups to deliver inclusive workshops that introduce young people to the world of construction. These hands-on sessions are designed to build confidence, spark curiosity, and open doors to apprenticeships, further training, and employment.
We proudly support those who are neurodivergent, living with dyslexia, managing mental health challenges, or from underrepresented communities. Our approach is trauma-informed, creative, and flexible—ensuring that every participant feels seen, supported, and capable.
Whether someone learns differently, needs extra space to grow, or simply hasn’t been given a chance before—we’re here to provide the tools, encouragement, and opportunities to build a brighter future
